Breakfast: Eggs and some chorrizo, kinda bad due to all the preserves in it.
Lunch: Leafy green salad with chicken and egg and a vinaigrette dressing. Antipasti mix of chicken and veggies in some olive oil and pesto.
Dinner: Baked chicken. Also munched on some peanut butter.
WOD: FAIL! I started the WOD, and then broke Ryan's bar. It was very sad, I think I almost cried. So now we are in need of a new bar and probably some bumper plates so this little mishap doesn't happen again. On the up side, I did get to order a new 32kg kettle-bell today
