Breakfast: Spinach, mushrooms, and eggs. Orange juice and coffee.
Lunch: Chicken fajita salad. Dark, leafy greens and tomatoes with no dressing.
Dinner: Salmon. Mushroom and spinach stir-fry(in olive oil) on the side.
If I have something other than water I will mention the beverage, other than that you can assume I consumed copious amounts of water. Tomorrow starts my photo logging of meals! I'm getting excited about this. Now for the workout of the day(WOD).
The Bear: 5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence: Power Clean Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.
My Results. I didn't finish this workout. I wasn't 100%, but that is no excuse.
