Breakfast: Assorted fresh fruit.
Lunch: Roast beef, carrots, coleslaw mixed in a vinaigrette, not mayonnaise.
Dinner: Hamburger steak and green beans. I then had 4 beers. Later, don't ask me why, I rode around on my motorcycle to all the coffee shops in Mcallen and had an espresso at each.
I ran for my WOD: 2.7 miles in 23:35
