Breakfast: A pomegranate and some almonds.
Lunch: Leafy green chicken salad with tomatoes and sunflower kernels. All topped with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner: Chicken, steamed broccoli, and a glass of wine.

After our WOD, we played street football for about an hour and a half. Good revenge on the week!

Well, its been a hectic week, and I haven't worked out much. I played some football on Tuesday, and got some good sprints in that way, but other than that its been a pretty disappointing week.

Breakfast: Nuts and berries
Lunch: Meatloaf and a spinach salad.
Dinner: Had some meatballs and a salad. Glass of wine.

Lunch: Chicken Fajita salad with leafy greens, tomatoes, and sunflower kernels. All topped with a balsamic vinaigrette.

I didn't workout today. I had planned to run, but it was raining cats and dogs.

Dinner:Steak, Veggies, beer and wine. Good night.

Breakfast: Assorted fresh fruit.
Lunch: Roast beef, carrots, coleslaw mixed in a vinaigrette, not mayonnaise.
Dinner: Hamburger steak and green beans. I then had 4 beers. Later, don't ask me why, I rode around on my motorcycle to all the coffee shops in Mcallen and had an espresso at each.

Dinner: Chicken, broccoli and carrots. Two 16oz beers.

Breakfast: Eggs and some chorrizo, kinda bad due to all the preserves in it.
Lunch: Leafy green salad with chicken and egg and a vinaigrette dressing. Antipasti mix of chicken and veggies in some olive oil and pesto.
Dinner: Baked chicken. Also munched on some peanut butter.

WOD: FAIL! I started the WOD, and then broke Ryan's bar. It was very sad, I think I almost cried. So now we are in need of a new bar and probably some bumper plates so this little mishap doesn't happen again. On the up side, I did get to order a new 32kg kettle-bell today

My dad needed an escort to Dallas and I missed today's WOD. God killed a kitten.

October 17th and 18th

Well, I will just post the weekend here. And I think I have abandoned the idea of photo logging my meals, its too hard to remember to do it.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Eggs and bacon. Coffee.
Lunch: Soy beans (I know, soy isn't that great for you) and I munched alot on peanuts. Had a Guinness. I also had half a candy apple. It was St. Matthew's Fall Festival and I sort of slack off on the weekend.
Dinner: Fajita meat. Drank 3 Guinness.

Sunday:
Breakfast: Eggs scrambled with bell pepper.
Lunch: I had a burger and a beer. Couldn't resist.
Dinner: Well, Ryan and I got together and drank more than a few beers. I then went home and fell asleep and didn't wake up till the next day. So no dinner there.

Friday, October 16th

Breakfast: Mushroom and spinach omelet.
Lunch: Baked chicken, squash, and broccoli.
Dinner: Sushi. A lot of sushi. I know its considered junk food, but I was with my parents and that's what they wanted.

WOD: The Chief

Thursday

Breakfast: Spinach, mushrooms, and eggs. Orange juice and coffee.

Lunch: Chicken fajita salad. Dark, leafy greens and tomatoes with no dressing.

Dinner: Salmon. Mushroom and spinach stir-fry(in olive oil) on the side.

If I have something other than water I will mention the beverage, other than that you can assume I consumed copious amounts of water. Tomorrow starts my photo logging of meals! I'm getting excited about this. Now for the workout of the day(WOD).

The Bear: 5 Rounds, 7 sets of the following sequence: Power Clean Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.

My Results. I didn't finish this workout. I wasn't 100%, but that is no excuse.
